RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy? 

We are happy to issue an exchange or refund for specific products within 30 days of delivery.

We do not accept returns after 30 days. 

Shipping charges: While we're happy to refund or exchange your product, we are unfortunately unable to refund shipping charges.

We are unable to accept returns for products sold as part of a set unless the entire set is returned.

If you purchased a ciele product from any of our retail partners and are unhappy for any reason, please reach out to the retailer directly as we are unable to issue refunds for orders purchased outside of cielecosmetics.com.  

Please note that at this time we are not accepting international returns.


How do I return my order?

Once the return is approved, our team will provide a return shipping label, which will be deducted from the return total.

How long does it take to process a refund? 

Once your return has been approved you will receive a notification that your return has been accepted and a refund is being processed. Please allow for up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.


How do I make an exchange?

Email us at hi@cielecosmetics.com.

Once your exchange is approved, we will provide a return shipping label.

Once we receive your item(s) in our warehouse, we will be in touch with next steps.

Note that the ciele customer is responsible for the cost of shipping.


SHIPPING

What is the cost of shipping? 

The cost of shipping is $7.95 for all domestic orders with free shipping for every domestic order over $65. International shipping costs vary by order.

Where do you ship? 

We ship anywhere in the United States.

Orders shipped outside of the U.S. may require taxes and duties upon delivery. Payment of these fees is the responsibility of the customer and not reimbursed by ciele cosmetics. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

International destinations: Any countries part of the European Union and United Kingdom.


ORDERS

Am I able to check on the status of my order? 

Order status will be updated in the orders page in your cielecosmetics.com account and you will be provided with tracking information once your order has been shipped. 

 How do I make changes to my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes to your order once it has been confirmed. 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, ApplePay and ShopPay. 

Do you offer gift cards? 

We do not offer ciele gift cards at this time.
