SHIPPING & RETURNS

What is your return policy? 

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery date and issue all refunds to the original form of payment. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for products sold as part of a set unless the entire set is returned. At this time, the ciele customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We do not refund shipping charges at this time.

Please note that at this time we are not accepting international returns.

 

How do I return my order? 

Click here to begin your return or reach out to us at hi@cielecosmetics.com if you have any questions or concerns.  If you purchased a ciele product from any of our retail partners and are unhappy for any reason, please reach out to the retailer directly as we are unable to issue refunds for orders purchased outside of cielecosmetics.com. 

We are not able to offer exchanges at this time. 

How long does it take to process a refund? 

Once your return has been approved you will receive a notification that your return has been accepted and a refund is being processed. Please allow for up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

 

Am I able to check on the status of my order? 

Order status will be updated in the orders page in your cielecosmetics.com account and you will be provided with tracking information once your order has been shipped. 

 

How do I make changes to my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes to your order once it has been confirmed.

 

Do you offer gift cards? 

We do not offer ciele gift cards at this time.

 

What is the cost of shipping? 

The cost of shipping is $7.95 for all domestic orders with free shipping for every domestic order over $50. International shipping costs vary by order.

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, ApplePay and ShopPay. 

 

Where do you ship? 

We ship anywhere in the United States.

Orders shipped outside of the U.S. may require taxes and duties upon delivery. Payment of these fees is the responsibility of the customer and not reimbursed by ciele cosmetics. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
